Additionally, some positions involve access to technology, technical data, commodities and/or software that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and/or the export Administration Regulations (EAR). Otherwise qualified candidates who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents must meet ITAR, and/or EAR requirements, which include the Company's ability to obtain, amend, renew and maintain any required export licenses or other authorizations/approvals from multiple pertinent US Government Agencies. The export license process may take 3-9 months or longer to complete. As such, any offer of employment will be contingent upon receipt and maintenance of the required export license or approval.
